Other Cool Baseball Links
Beside my own website, I have some other favorite baseball-related links that I enjoy visiting. I encourage you to visit them, too. There are a lot of good and entertaining baseball sites on the web today, and these are just a few of my favorites.
If you don't see a link that you think I should have on this page, just drop me an e-mail with the website address (preferably baseball related) you would like to see me link to and I will do my best to fulfill your request. Anything that will make browsing my website more convenient for you... I will try my best!
Former first baseman JIM TRABER of the Baltimore Orioles (above photo) rounds third base after a home run during the 1986 season. Congratulating Traber for hitting another dinger is the late, great Cal Ripken, Sr. Traber, a former college standout in both baseball and football at Oklahoma State University, had his best year for the Orioles in '86, hitting .255 with 13 homers and 44 RBI as a designated hitter and backup first baseman to future Hall of Famer Eddie Murray. Traber is now a host on "The Sports Animal," a radio sportstalk station in Oklahoma City
and one of Baseball Todd's favorite channels on the radio. Starting in 2001, Traber also is part of the Arizona Diamondbacks broadcast team.
